Note: This driver will now automatically extract to your hard drive.
      It will only extract under Windows 95/98 and Windows NT.  The
      extraction process will NOT work with any other operating
      system.


What These Packages Do
-----------------------
ThinkPad Configuration Utility provides the user interface for ThinkPad
device settings. The ThinkPad Configuration Utility is supported on the
following systems:

 - ThinkPad 380E, 380ED, 380XD, 380Z
 - ThinkPad 385E, 385ED, 385XD
 - ThinkPad 560E, 560X, 560Z
 - ThinkPad 570
 - ThinkPad 600, 600E
 - ThinkPad 760XD, 760XL, 765D, 765L
 - ThinkPad 770, 770E, 770ED, 770X, 770Z

 The different components of the ThinkPad utility program have been
 combined into a single package for easier download installation.
 These packages have been separated out based on the ThinkPad family.

Installation Instructions:
-------------------------
 1. Extract the ThinkPad Utility Package to the hard drive.
 2. Click on 'Start' -> 'Run...'.
 3. Type in "C:\DRIVERS\WIN\UTILITY\SETUP.EXE" in the dialog box and
    press 'OK'.
 4. Follow the prompts on the screen.
 5. ThinkPad utility install will complete and ask to restart the machine,
    select "No, I will restart later." and click on 'Finish' to complete
    the installation.
 6. Close ThinkPad configuration window and restart the system.
