Updating CineMaster Hardware Drivers for Windows 9x
This section covers general steps for updating you Hardware CineMaster drivers
on a Windows 9x operating system. The following steps are provided as a guide for informational
purposes only.
Procedures for Updating HW CineMaster C 3.0 Main Driver

Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu
that appears.

This opens the System Properties applet. Select the "Device Manager"
tab. Open the "+" next to "Sound, video and game
controllers." Select Hardware CineMaster 98 (C 3.0) and click on the
"Properties" button.

Select the "Driver" tab and then click the "Update Driver" button.

The Update Device Driver Wizard will start. Click the "Next >" button.

Select the "Search for a better driver..." radio button and
then click the "Next >" button.

Check the "Specify a location:" check box and then click the
"Browse" button.

Browse to the folder that contains the drivers you downloaded. The
folder name should match your operating system. Click the "OK"
button once you have selected your folder. You will then be returned to
the previous screen. Click the "Next >" button once you
have successfully specified the location of your drivers.

Select the "Install one of the other drivers." radio button and then click the "View
List..." button.

Select the HW CineMaster C 3.0 Main Driver and then click the "OK"
button. You will then be returned to the previous dialog. Click the
"Next >" button.

Click the "Next >" button.

Once your driver is done installing, click on the "Finish" button to
end the update process.
Procedures for Updating HW CineMaster DVD Decoder

Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu
that appears.

This opens the System Properties applet. Select the "Device Manager"
tab. Open the "+" next to "Sound, video and game
controllers." Select CineMaster DVD Decoder and click on the
"Properties" button.

Select the "Driver" tab and then click the "Update Driver" button.

The Update Device Driver Wizard will start. Click the "Next >" button.

Select the "Search for a better driver..." radio button and
then click the "Next >" button.

Check the "Specify a location:" check box and then click the
"Browse" button.

Click the "Yes" button to reboot your system.
